Eligibility
You must be 19–35, provide accurate application information, complete required verification, and follow the community guidelines.
Tickets and thresholds
Tickets cover one event. CircleTO confirms the event only when its published minimum is reached by the confirmation deadline. If not, your original payment is refunded.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 72 hours before for a refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before receive CircleTO credit. Under 24 hours and no-shows are not refundable, except where required by law.
Removal
CircleTO may pause or remove access when necessary to protect members, venues, or the integrity of the community. Safety decisions include human review.
