Who can join
The founding pilot is strictly for people aged 19–35. Applications are human reviewed. Approved members complete identity and age verification before purchasing a ticket.
At every gathering
A founder or vetted co-host checks attendees in, explains the code of conduct, and remains visibly available. No unregistered guests may enter.
- Respect names, pronouns, boundaries, and personal space.
- No harassment, intimidation, persistent romantic pressure, or non-consensual photography.
- Alcohol is never the centre of a CircleTO format.
Reporting
Members can report behaviour in the app during or after a gathering. Urgent venue concerns go directly to the host. Reports are access-controlled, reviewed by a human, and never exposed to the reported member.
Emergencies
CircleTO is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, leave the venue if you can and call 911. For crisis support in Canada, call or text 988.
